Current privacy principles
ResortCareer is designed to collect only information needed for account security, hospitality career services, employer recruitment, and platform operation. Access to private information must be limited by authentication, authorization, ownership, property scope, and candidate privacy choices.
Private information
Candidate contact details, private profiles, employment evidence, CVs, certificates, employer membership data, property claims, verification evidence, payment receipts, billing information, and internal notes are not public marketplace content.
Security and retention
Passwords, one-time codes, sessions, and private files use the security controls documented by the platform. Final retention periods, legal bases, user rights, contact details, and jurisdiction-specific notices still require legal approval.
