Current platform principles
Visitors may use public pages for legitimate hospitality career and employer discovery. Users must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, scrape private information, impersonate another person or property, or submit false verification or payment evidence.
Marketplace information
Jobs and resort profiles will be published only through controlled public read boundaries. ResortCareer does not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, property ownership, or subscription status merely because public content exists.
Employer access and subscriptions
Future employer access will use person-based accounts, organization membership, property scope, and controlled verification. Each property will have an independent annual entitlement. Final pricing, payment, renewal, cancellation, and liability terms are not established by this draft.

Governing law, dispute handling, intellectual property, acceptable use, account termination, warranty, liability, and formal contact provisions require approved legal wording before these terms become effective.
